Includes a co-created weekly integration plan, developed not from a prescriptive list but from the client’s own inner knowing. These may take the form of:
Daily or periodic journaling
Self-led parts check-ins
Creative expression (art, voice notes, movement)
Nature-based rituals
Mindfulness or somatic practices
Acts of service, connection, or boundary-setting
Clients are invited to submit a brief, self-designed midweek update (written, voice memo, image, or other format) as a touchpoint of accountability—offering insight into how the week’s practice is landing, what’s unfolding, and what parts are emerging. Coach will read/listen to all midweek updates and offer brief written reflections or questions that can help deepen the insight and momentum for the next session.
