My magic is helping you see yours.

ABOUT TUGCE MENGUC

I’ve built my life at the intersection of strategy and mystery.

I’m a strategist turned transformational coach, an IFS practitioner, and a lifelong explorer of what becomes possible when we understand ourselves more deeply.

I have a gift for seeing people clearly: the patterns beneath the story, the possibilities they haven't fully claimed, and the parts of themselves asking to be brought forward. I think of myself as part mirror, part amplifier. I help you hear what may be difficult to hear on your own and give shape to what wants to emerge.

My path has taken me from boardrooms and global organizations to parts work, altered states, astrology, Tarot, and shamanic practice. I don't believe we have to choose between practical intelligence and deeper ways of knowing.

I’ve always been interested in what lies beneath.

As a Virgo Rising and Aries Sun, with Jupiter and the North Node in my 8th house, I have always been deeply curious about the stories, wounds, desires, and unseen forces that shape our lives. I’m drawn to the conversations beneath the conversation: the brightest dreams we barely let ourselves name, the vulnerable parts we protect, and the treasures that can be hidden inside the experiences that challenge us most.

I consider being invited into these places with another person a sacred exchange. There is something deeply meaningful to me about helping someone see themselves more clearly and come into a more conscious relationship with the forces, both internal and external, that influence who they are and how they live.

But my path into this work was also deeply personal.

For years, I was searching for greater alignment in my own life. I kept looking for the thing that would shift everything: a practice, a book, a retreat, a sacred medicine journey, a career change, a new way of understanding myself. Eventually, I realized there wasn’t going to be one answer.

Instead, each experience became a piece of a larger puzzle. I began to think of them as gemstones, each one refracting a different light and changing the kaleidoscope through which I saw myself and the world. The world itself hadn’t necessarily changed. My relationship to it had.

That realization opened the door to a much deeper exploration of the healing arts. I trained in Internal Family Systems, transformational coaching, psychedelic integration, and other psychospiritual practices. My relationship with sacred medicine and shamanic practice has unfolded over more than five years of study, practice, and direct experience, expanding my understanding of the multiplicity of our inner and outer worlds.

Over time, these experiences changed the way I understood healing, growth, and transformation. I became less interested in finding the one right answer and more interested in learning how to listen across many layers of experience: our parts, our bodies, our intuition, our relationships, our circumstances, and the deeper patterns that can be difficult to explain but impossible to ignore.

That curiosity still guides me: what helps each person come into a more honest, compassionate relationship with themselves, and what becomes possible from there?

I also bring a strategist’s brain.

Before coaching became the center of my work, I spent nearly two decades in strategy, consulting, relationship leadership, and organizational work across technology, media, startups, and e-commerce.

That experience is still very much part of how I think. I’m comfortable with complexity, I see patterns quickly, and I love turning something emerging internally into something tangible. A decision. A conversation. A plan. A business. A brand. A next move.

My formal education includes a degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Throughout my career, I worked with organizations including NASA, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the White House, the State Department, NBC, and Penske Media Corporation.

Today, I live in magical Santa Fe, New Mexico with my partner and our Pomeranian, Wolfie. I work with clients primarily online and welcome opportunities to connect in person when possible.

The practices that shape my work

My approach has been shaped by years of training, practice, and exploration across psychological, spiritual, and consciousness-based traditions. I don’t believe any one framework holds the whole answer. Each offers a different lens for understanding ourselves and accessing the wisdom already within us.

Depending on what you bring into the room, some of these practices may become part of our work. Others may simply inform how I listen, what I notice, and the questions I ask.
