IFS Meditation:
Plant an Intention

This 14-minute guided meditation invites you to walk an inner path, meet one part of yourself with curiosity, and set a simple, nourishing intention in partnership with it. There’s no pressure to get it “right”—just an opening to listen, align, and carry forward what feels most supportive. Because when you slow down and honor both Self and parts, even the smallest intention can take root and grow into lasting change.

IFS Meditation:
Meet Your Inner Critic

This is a 13 minute journey to meet a part of your self that tends to judge or criticize. This part often gets a bad rap—but underneath its harshness is usually a deep desire to protect you. In this gentle meditation, you'll meet your Inner Critic with curiosity and compassion, and begin to understand what it truly needs.

Shamanic Journey:
Entering the Dragon Realm

This is a 30 minute journey that will transport you to another realm. Set yourself up for this journey with intention:

  • Find a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably.

  • Use an eye mask if you have one — it helps turn your attention inward.

  • Keep a journal nearby to capture what arises afterward.

  • Have water on hand to help ground and hydrate when you return.
