In this gentle meditation, you'll meet your Inner Critic with curiosity and compassion, and begin to understand what it truly needs.

Entering the Dragon Realm
This is a 30 minute journey that will transport you to another realm. Set yourself up for this journey with intention:
Find a quiet space where you can lie down comfortably.
Use an eye mask if you have one — it helps turn your attention inward.
Keep a journal nearby to capture what arises afterward.
Have water on hand to help ground and hydrate when you return.
